Javier Carpintero Grande, the new CEO of Grupo Ortiz, received the award for Best Technology Initiative and Sustainable Buildings to the new headquarters of Grupo Ortiz. The International Real Estate SIMA-Asprima Adwards, which this year celebrates its 8th edition, recognized each year, the best real estate projects, according to their design, quality of implementation, adaptation into the environment or to incorporate the technical, commercial and innovative marketing.

In the 21th Ejecutivos Awards, Grupo Ortiz received the award for Best Company of the Year in recognition of the improvement and professionalism.
