Car Parks
The last years has seen the completion of a number of Ortiz Construccionescar park projects. These include the recently constructed car parks for residents on behalf of Madrid City Council: “Iliada” car park in the San Blas district,“Poeta Leopoldo de Luis” car park in the Tetuán district and the “Juan Ramón Jiménez” car park, in the Chamartín district. In total, 1,015 car parking spaces added to the 293 built in Torrejón de Ardoz and Colmenar Viejo.
Our portfolio of this kind of installation is completed by projects currently under way including the “Padre Méndez” car park in Almeria and the “Reyes Católicos” car park in Zamora. We wish to give special mention to the amplification that is currently in progress at Gerona Airport involving the construction of new buildings for the P-3 car park and new coach parking. This will increase the airport parking capacity by more than 3,000 spaces.
