Grupo Ortiz has been involved with the Public Works area of business for years and attained a level of expertise that led to an era of increased activity and growth in recent years. This field is not new to the Group however, as it began investing in public works in 1997 when it first carried out construction projects for leasable housing for the Housing Institute of Madrid (IVIMA).

Concession Area based its activities in different markets:

• Roads and highways, with more than 118 km of highway in operation.
• Parking, we operate in 7 car parks with over 2,387 parking spaces in total, and 1,315 under construction.
• Environment: Grupo Ortiz is part of the UTE EDAR Ribadeo.
• Culture and Sport Awards Ortiz has interests in the Cultural Center "La Rambleta" in Valencia, and the Sports Center "Andrés Torrejón" located in Móstoles, Madrid.
• Energy, where Grupo Ortiz with the operation of several photovoltaic plants under construction and a thermal plant in Cordoba
