GRUPO ORTIZ PROPERTIES SOCIMI S.A made its début trading on Spain's MaB-Alternative Market on 28 July with a price of 15.01 per share, for a trust capitalisation of 74.3 million euros.

Its RICS asset valuation is 150.3 million euros. Its portfolio is comprised of more than 40,601 m2 of retail and office space, including 4 office buildings in Madrid and a service station operated by Repsol, 352 residential properties across 3 developments, all located in the Madrid region, and an 800-space carpark in Madrid's Salamanca district. 

Moreover, the SOCIMI's portfolio of rented assets includes industrial units, commercial premises and parking spaces located primarily in Madrid and its metropolitan area. With 95% occupancy, net annual operating income generated by these assets will be 6.9m.

For its floatation on the MaB it had the collaboration of Deloitte as Registered Advisor, Renta 4 as Liquidity Provider, PwC as Auditor, J&A Garrigues as Legal Advisor and Gesvalt as the Valuation Company.

Grupo Ortiz Properties SOCIMI has delegated management of its asset portfolio to Ortiz Construcciones y Proyectos, a company with extensive experience in the asset management, property, construction and finance sectors.
