Grupo Ortiz  assumes the commitments established in the promotion of Research Activities, Development and Technological Innovation in the different areas of activity of all the companies of the Group. 

The application of these commitments is ensured through an R&D+i Management System certified in accordance with UNE 166002:2006, which includes the processes of monitoring and technological prevision, analysis and selection of ideas and project management, fruit of the application of the social commitment acquired by the company.

Among the numerous R&D+i projects we have developed and certificated according to the UNE-EN ISO 166001:2006 standard over the last years and in the past of 2010, we can find projects in energy area, water treatment area, construction area,  information techonlogies and communication area (TIC's) and Occupational Risk Prevention area.

FEATURED PROJECT

Ortiz Construction has developed a project being funded by the grant program STRATEGIC ENERGY AND CLIMATE CHANGE of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce under its National Plan for Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation 2008-2011.

Also underway is another project, the project is "OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCTION OF HOUSES, industrialization, efficiency and sustainability. INVISO " File number PS-380000-2007-1 (PSE-380000-2008-6-380000-PSE 2009-1, 2008 and 2009 respectively annuities), conducted by a consortium of companies and public bodies within which highlights the presence of ORTIZ aND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, SA, has received funding from the Ministry of Science and Innovation, within the National Plan for Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation, and was co-financed by ERDF (European Regional Development Fund regional).
