From the Direction of Grupo Ortiz, there has always been a commitment to considering QUALITY as a unique objective that brings about total client satisfaction and the tools essential to satisfy contractual requirements, within the established terms and at a reasonable cost.
In order to secure this goal, Grupo Ortiz develops its work through a Quality Policy, supported by a strict System of Management, based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008, standard described in the Quality Manual and its associated procedures, documents which must be complied with by the personnel of the company.
When considering to this quality model as a fundamental aspect in the management of the business and the creation of value, it is reviewed and, if necessary, modified periodically.
