Financing signed for the project for the Upgrading of Power Grids and Electrical Substations in Barranquilla. Colombia

In early September, the “Energía de Colombia” Consortium, led by Grupo Ortiz and the institutions Santander, ITAU-Corpbanca and Davivienda signed the financing contract for the works to upgrade the power grids and substations in the Atlántico Department in Colombia.

The total amount of the financing is 465 billion Colombian pesos (123 million dollars). The works will begin in October of this year. Operations are scheduled to commence in November 2023.
