Design, construction, equipment and provision of complementary services of the Second Level General Hospital "Aquiles Calles Ramírez" for a period of 23 years under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. The project consists of 25,000 square metres of construction on five levels, 150 beds, consulting rooms and operating rooms for the care of more than 250,000 persons. Its entry into operation was advanced to April 15, 2020 so that it would be available during the COVID 19 pandemic. Grupo Ortiz will provide 18 services during the 23 years of concession.
