Grupo Ortiz has carried out the reform of the España Building in Madrid, home to the emblematic RIU Plaza España Hotel. The project has been divided into two phases. The first phase involved the structural consolidation of the building as a whole. The second phase is the execution of the hotel rooms between floors 6 and 24. And a third phase, in which the reform was completed with the execution of finishes in halls, lobby, as well as installations and facades. One of the most important challenges has been the 18-month completion period of a unique high-rise building with a design of rehabilitation solutions.
